You may participate in any of the following group programs of Psychosocial Service Association .
Through group programms you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself , to improve your relationships with others , to learn to manage your stress , to effectively deal with the difficulties of life to get stronger .

Participation in groups is free !
The groups carried by the income of the 7th Race Greece Race for the Cure® 2015 (exept for the Support Group for Women 2 years after diagnosis ) .

Attention!

You can register in one team only and you have to be a member of the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois” .

The group aims to externalization of feelings, obtaining negative emotions management skills to help women with breast cancer experience to cope with the needs of the disease, as well as everyday life and accepting difficult situations and sense finding through them, as well as training in assertive behavior.

 Communication demarcation team

The aim of communication demarcation team is that women with breast cancer experience improve their interpersonal relations, recognize and set their limits and to safeguard themselves by avoiding stressfull situations.

Self-awareness group

The aim of self-awareness group is for women with breast cancer experience to exchange experiences, thoughts and feelings, but also to enter into self-exploration and self-expression process in a protected environment.

Objective of the support group fror women in the first two years after diagnosis of breast cancer is the management issues arising from the disease, as the picture on the body, self-esteem, the retest anxiety and interpersonal relationships.
